How this was read
The CodeMark certificate (Appendix A4, cladding scope) names the plant as PT. Latrade Batam Indonesia, Latrade Industrial Park Blok E No.3, Batam; the factory's own site says it makes Biowood and GRM brand products including decking (DB14028 etc.). GRM Australia calls itself a "manufacturer, architectural designer and sole exclusive distributor" and calls BioDeck "designed in Australia" but names no Australian factory. Recorded as "Indonesia" in the source text.
