| Warranty conditions | Single limited warranty from date of purchase covering manufacturing defects: cracking, splitting, swelling, rotting, flaking or peeling, water/moisture and termite damage. Colour and gloss change is not treated as wear (the text says about 10% colour fading per year is to be expected) and stains, scratches, indentation, installation and transit damage are excluded. Products must be installed, coated and maintained per Biowood current specifications and the BCA, with suitable fixings and coatings. Claim in writing with proof of purchase within 30 days of the defect becoming apparent; remedy is replacement or refund of the defective product (not installation or logistics cost).
